For 2018, we are offering two-day classes on tankless water heaters and one day on commercial gas. You may attend both or either of the classes.
On Monday, commercial gas products will be covered. Commercial class covers diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair on Cyclone® (BTH) Xi and Mxi modulating products and our multi-flue line (BTR/BTN/BTL).
On Tuesday and Wednesday, we are proud to announce our new, industry leading, tankless class. This 2-day tankless workshop includes a full product teardown, product selection and application, installation, and troubleshooting.
Classes are conducted at our training facility in Ashland City, TN and take place in a hands-on, operational lab. The classes are small (12 students) to allow for more personalized instruction. A certificate of completion is given to those who successfully complete the course.
Below, you will find the links to all of our Contractor Classes 2018 offerings as well as some FAQs. Some classes still have slots available, while for others, you can add yourself to the waitlist in case someone cancels. You can register just yourself, yourself and several others (total of 6), or register a group (up to 6) that does not include you.
When you successfully register for a class, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to book travel and hotel rooms. In previous years, we charged only the cost of the hotel rooms, and we would pass that payment along to the hotel. Now, you will be able to book rooms with our group rate using the link in the confirmation email, as well as plan for additional nights if you wish.
Why did I get multiple confirmation emails?
If you are attending more than one class/topic, you will receive a confirmation email for each class. We sometimes have attendees that only want Commercial Gas and not Tankless, for example, so we separate those class offerings.
The website said the classes cost $129 a night, but my confirmation email says free. Why?
In previous years, we charged only the cost of the hotel rooms, and we would pass that payment along to the hotel. Now, you will be able to book rooms with our group rate using the link in the confirmation email, as well as plan for additional nights if you wish. You can also double up in a room to save money.
The cost for this class is free and includes ground transportation, lunch, and course materials (does not include airfare, hotel, breakfast, or dinner). We offer a group rate of $129 per night at our preferred hotel (while supplies last).
