The Sales Rep Training Course is a 2.5 day presentation that will cover the basic technology of water heating and a complete overview of residential and commercial products including Residential Gas and Electric, Tankless, .67, PCC, Power Vent, Heat Pump, High Efficiency Residential Gas, Standard Commercial Gas, and High Efficiency water heaters. This training is intended for the new Sales Rep (not much experience in water heaters). This class would also be useful for distributors (counter, inside sales).

The training session will be held in Ashland City, TN – near Nashville. This class is designed to provide a comprehensive technical overview of our main commercial gas and electric products. We will also cover some residential products.

Topics to be covered include:
• Application, Sizing, Storage, Recovery, Venting • The Technology of Water Heating • Installation, Operation, and Maintenance • Features and Benefits, Selling Points, and Value Proposition

Participants will be responsible for their own travel and hotel costs. Reservations at The Hampton Inn and Suites at Opryland in Nashville will be secured by Julie before September 8. The rate is $129 +taxes/fees per night and should be paid at check-in. We will have a bus to pick up and drop off at the hotel. Lunch will be provided each day.
